Grounded Console Commands for PC Players

Console commands are the quiet option when you want to test something without a full trainer. They are limited, they change between builds, and they are not a replacement for a maintained mod menu.

What vanilla console commands can do

Our console commands page lists toggles Obsidian exposes in single-player — flight, timescale, sometimes spawn helpers. Multiplayer and EAC-protected sessions often block them entirely.

For anything beyond debug mode, use the trainer stack from Grounded Cheats.

Console vs trainer — quick pick

Commands are free and fragile. Trainers cost money and ship patch notes. If you play online co-op even twice a week, commands usually fail where a updated mod menu still runs.

IGN Grounded hub patch coverage helps you spot when Obsidian renames command strings.

Safe testing workflow

Copy your save, open a offline session, try one command, quit, verify the save loads. Questions? FAQ and setup.
